Supposed contract handed over.

It has now been 2 months since I was first contacted by Cell C stating that they were going to hand me over for outstanding account. When I asked what it was for I couldn't get an answer. So I logged a complaint here on Hello Peter and someone called me back. I explained that the last contract I had with them was cancelled in 2009, so I wanted to know what they were handing me over for. I was then told that I had supposedly signed a contract with them in 2013. I asked them if I could see the contract as well as find out the address and banking details used for this contract. I was then told I have to contact the legal department and given a number. When I phoned this number I got through to a different division who then told me you can only reach the legal department if you are calling form a Cell C simcard. Which is the entire problem because I don't have one. Then they suggested I contact the company that I was handed over to. I did this and was told to write a letter stating what I required and send it to them. This was two months ago and I have received no feedback from either Cell C or this company I was handed over too. I would like proof of this supposed contract asap.
