Supplier of out stock

I took out a new contract with Cell C in March at the blue route branch. I took the package that offered a Samsung J4. At the time included in the deal was a screen guard, cell phone cover and a powerbank. The staff at Cell C were very helpful. I managed to leave with my new J4, however there was no stock of the rest of the items. I was told that it should be received by the end of that week. It is now 2 months later and I have still not received the cell phone cover, screen guard or the powerbank. After numerous calls to the Tokai branch I have still not received these items. How can a something be advertised as a deal when there is no stock for 2 month. I noticed in the latest cell c brochure the same items are being advertised for other deals. I would imagine the purpose of these items is to save you the cost of going to purchase it separately.
