Superb Service

<p>I recently had problems with my Sony C3 and took it in to the Cell C shop in Braamfontein to have them have a look at it. My phone was wiped and I was told that if it still isnt in working order, I would have to bring it back and they would have to send it in for repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days later, I had to take my phone back and it was booked in. I was told it would take up to 21 working days to repair. I got an sms confirmation that my phone had been scheduled to be looked at later on that day. Two days later, I recieved an sms confirming that my phone had been recieved by the repair centre. A few days afterwards, I recieved a phone call saying that my phone was back from repairs and that I could come pick it up.</p> <p> </p> <p>The whole process took about 10 working days and my phone is working better than ever. The staff in Braamfontein (Zaid and his collegues) were friendly, helpful and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and look forward to many more years as a Cell C costumer.</p>
