Superb Customer Service

I have been a customer for Cell C for over a decade now, I have been receiving good service, however the service that I have received from Nicole was splendid on the 21st of April 2015. She knew the product well, and she was professional and most of all she super friendly, loving and patient. Her service was out of this world. Staff like her are rare lately. I loved her commitment and the way she interacted with us as customers, because after all we are all people.
