Super useless and pathec service provider
Today I went to the Cell Store which is a 246 Km round trip for me. After wasnt able to do a sim swop over the phone with their incompitent call centre agents. At the store even when providing my Proof of residince and ID they still dont want to help me because I cant provide the previous numbers that I called. I gave my old phone to my wife and dont have records of my previous numbers.
Cell **** is probably the most pathetic service provider that there is.

05 Jan 2025, 05:07The number is *** I gave A whole list of possible numbers which I could have called. And none of them matched. Because I never make any calls on this number. I can't understand why it can't be done. I went there personally with a proof of residence with my ID document ( Not a Copy) and still they can't help me.
