Super Impressed

Last week I complained about how Cell C overbilled me. Within two hours of my posting on Hello Peter I received a phone Call from Danielle Abrahams. It is so refreshing to interact with someone who is not only friendly, understanding but solution orientated as well. Because I didn't have proof that I had logged a call to cancel one of my data bundles I had no expectation to be reimbursed. Impressively she was able to tract exactly when I called (back in January), listen to the recording which proved that I did cancel the recurring data. Within a few days all of the additional fees were paid back into my account. It is a pity that I had to first go to Hello Peter to get this type of service. But I have to acknowledge that I am extremely impressed with their technology and ability to track calls. Even more impressive was Danielle's client care. thanks guys
