Summons that no-one seems to have any info for!

My father received an sms yesterday saying he had been summonsed for non payment of his account. We thought **** since he cancelled the account in 2010, and everything was settled at that point. Then he gets a call this morning from a collection agency about the same thing. <br> So he called Cell C to try get some info - was shunted from person to person and eventually told they don't know, it was handed to the collection agency. He called the collection agency who said they will have to call Cell C for the info!!!!<br> <br> He has never received an email or letter or call from Cell C indicating that there was anything outstanding on his old account and now suddenly there is a summons and no-one has any info???<br> <br> His numbers with Cell C were *** and ***. <br> <br> You can contact me directly in this regard as I will not have this stressing him out!!
