Suddenly two months notice with a expired contract
I hired a sim data card from Cell C for a number of years at least 6 contract expired January 2021 cancelled and received notification telephonically service will be cut off on the 12th February I was told for sim cards must give two months notice with no data ( service) had to pay another R550.00 for the month of March with no data (service) is that fair never mind legal On a sim card's contract if it expires should be one month's notice with a service. I had to pay two months notice for nothing no data nothing

As per the system, the contract has been cancelled and the amount debited was your last bill.
