Suddenly can't receive private calls(SD424916)

Hi,<br> <br> I logged the call SD424916 and I just can't get helped.<br> I went to the Cell-C outlet in Centurion, and Boulders in Midrand as instructed by the call centre agent, and these guys both tell me they can't help me. I need this resolved very urgently but no one is there to help. It is quite frustrating, if it was not a contract, I would simply do myself a favour and do a sim swap to another provider than wasting my money on the provider that is unable to resolve its client's issues like this!<br> <br> PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, I NEVER SKIP MY PAYMENTS!!!
