Sudden Increase contrary to agreed contract:

On or about 13/02/2014 concluded 2 year contract with Cell C. Took 4 months with help of Hellopeter to get Cell C to honour contract agreed to. Now 1/02/2015 monthly subscription fees suddenly increased by R20.00<br> Numerous emails and telephone calls to customer service only resulted in being told see \Clause 20.5 of Subscriber Terms and Conditions". Was promised that my complaint be referred to Cell C legal department but no confirmation this been done"
