Such terrible service
Month end this week and after more than 2 weeks and promises that feedback will be provided, still no feedback. Again i will not be receiving a salary due to covid 19 lockdown. I have had my contracts with cell c for over 10 years. They are asking me for pay slips to prove i will not be getting a salary. I wont receive a payslip if i dont get paid. All i want is 1 month payment holiday as i cannot make payment this month. 6 calls.... numerous emails..... no answer.
