Such terrible service

<p>Im so sick and tired of cell c. Empty promises and false information. I am so angry right now. This agent calls me to offer this amazing so called deal. Were i get 5gb but and addtional 5gb for free. For only R199. Which to me is good so i take it but now when i look on my statement its almost R800, but before that i had other problems so i called on the 7th of june to advise i no longer want it. I know how cell c is an they just give problems. Then when i call to cancel it the lady at retentions tells me she cant cancel it or she keeps trying to tell me shes guna sort out my problem give her few days. I just want this dam data contact cancelled with no extra charges since ive been treated like a dog an pushed around im so disgusted with cell c its pathetic. I would love to meet the ceo and tell them what a mock the company is. </p>
