Such poor customer service

<p>I have been with Cell C since 2013. I have always received poor service. I now have tried to take another contract out with them for my son as it would just be for data. I get to the Cell C store yesterday and I am told that there is a credit block on my account. In the beginning of the year I changed my Banking details with Cell C and they were debiting my previous details for about 3 months. And then I had to eft the outstanding amount directly to Cell C. Apparently now it shows up as Bad Credit History. How is this my problem...</p> <p>I then call Legal today just to be laughed at, literally. It is so disrespectul and I feel like a fool.</p> <p>I am now trying to cancel both contracts but still no one can assist me.</p> <p> </p>
