Such Horrible service

<p>This is the worst insurance ever. I cancelled my insurance on the 10.01.2017 and every month they still debit my account, and every month I call them more than once and my calls keeps getting cut, and when i do get to speak to someone they also can't assist me. </p> <p>Eventually i reversed my payments and paid my cell phone contract directly and again cell c insurance took money from there now my line is disconnected as if I owe but this **** insurance keeps taking money and the worst part there is nobody that is reversing my money, I sent emails no body has even called me, but I keep getting sms saying my query is resolved with a reference number but i wonder what was resolved when nobody called me or responded to my emails.</p>
