Such good service!!!

After spending hours on the phone with cell c customer service department, screaming and shouting and begging and crying because I just cannot get my home router to work, today Thato was the person who answered my call. (At technical department). He gave me THE BEST service ever! He was friendly, patient and competent, which is very scarce in this country!
