SUCH BAD SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER OF OVER 10 YEARS

If i could leave a review of 0 i would I contacted Cell C over 2 weeks ago regarding my debit order for the end of April as i will not be receiving a salary due to COVID19. Since then i have called about 5 times and each time i have been told to send a email to a different email address. We are now less than 2 weeks away from month end and i am still fighting. Now i receive a email stating they need a payslip to see that i will not get money and a bank statement!!!!!!!!! How am i on the 22nd of the month going to send a payslip for April????????? All i am asking is that they move my payment to end of May. Please keep in mind that i have 4 contracts with cell c for the past 10 years and i have never NOT PAID my account. 8 emails...... 5 phone calls and now i need to send a payslip that i wont even receive!!!!!! this is ridiculous!!!!!!!
