Such an excuse

I am totally disappointed apart from been disgusted regarding cell c repair centre. Ive been a loyal customer for over 12 yrs and never had to have my phone repaired till now. My handset a blackberry went in and came back as been unrepairable according to the technician as its economically unfeasible. I had the phone for just 6 months and some keys stopped working. What utter nonsense as they also say moisture could be a factor. The phone was never dropped or been damaged or come into contact with water, its sad that they trying to avoid fixing the problem using excuses. I will be taking the future coz i wont be paying for a contract were I wont be able to use the phone.
