Such a Usesless Company

Good day My Name Is Thakane Rantsane contact ***. I'm very disappointed with cell c, I had a contract with them 4years ago and my contract with them has expired 2years ago I found out I'm listed by Cell c I've been calling them for 3day today, they don't give me the straight answer they gave me their legal Department number which is forever not picked and its a chargeable number which the consultant told me its a free number from Cell C Sim. when I call the number I hold almost an Hour after still no answer the machine just tell me to rate the service which service are my Rating when I never got help? I even wonder if the is people on that department or its just their to deceive us. the R55 rate they charge us from Commit Technologies Society its CELL C. they busy massing up our starts I think that's the reason why they don't want to pick our calls on these Department.
