Subscriptions not authorized being deducted
I have ported my cell C number to another subscriber, due to the ridiculous non approved amounts they were deducting for unknown subscriptions, not signed up for. Even now they are still charging to the alternate service provider the subscription fees. I know you have to wait a period pf 3 months for porting the number to be fully active, so they are still taking monies they are not entitled to

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience and the issues you’ve encountered with unauthorized subscription charges depleting your airtime or funds.
Unfortunately, we are unable to access or investigate the subscriptions for the number you have ported out, as it is no longer active on the Cell C network. If you have another number that is still active on our network and experiencing similar issues, we can certainly look into it and assist further.
