Subscription theft of airtime
Been waiting for 15 days for feedback regarding my money ****** from my account ,blocked all subscriptions but it is still subscribing me to **** . Strange thing is is that the customer services cannot tell me who it is but when the messages comes trough for the subscriptions it says Cell C ,clearly they will ***** and ***** until you don't use them anymore poor service I might as well get a Sim card from the anc atleast I will know where my money is disappearing to .

19 Nov 2021, 21:40Its 2 to 3 weeks ago already loaded R200 Rands airtime twice for the lte bundles the 3rd last airtime I loaded was R200 then the subscriptions took R150 of that money did the usd code twice to stop any subscriptions but it comes trough the whole time the number in question is *** did put it in a cellphone but no calls can be received or made as well on that Sim. It's alot of money to just lose and I am still getting messages that I am subscribed to services this is a constant fight to keep this sorted and is disappointing that Cell C is part of this I've never had this with any service provider before this is why I believe that cell c does this to make money of their customers .
