Subscription cannot be cancelled immediatly
I opened a contract with cell which ends this month but I was very disappointed to know that my subscription wont be cancelled today because of their 30 day notice policy, I am no longer working and cannot afford to pay the subscription but no one is willing to help me and no one even bothered to send me a letter to cancel my contract if I no longer want to continue, I would like to open another contract in future but how will I do it if I have a debt pending. The contract stated 24 months now they want me to pay for an extra month.

Yes, as per the terms and conditions, you must give a notice for cancellation because if you do not and the contract has reached its maturity date then your contract will continue on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
A consultant will contact you and assist with this matter.
