subscriber agreement
i have a few reference numbers i logged but i still am not getting any feedback - i requested my subscriber agreement for a contract which ended a days ago but still mothing has been received. Does cellc not have a record of this? this this very poor service? i need my subscriber agreement urgently please assist

why does my subscriber not have my number 064 ***** 508? and why did cellc not provide me with a subscriber agreement when this contract was opened. According to device insurance my number is supposed to be on my subscriber agreement - please advise on appropriate action and when will i receive my agreement document with the relevant details?

hi
why does my subscriber not have my number 064 ***** 508? and why did cellc not provide me with a subscriber agreement when this contract was opened. 28 Jul 2021, 09:11Your contract was activated online/telephonically. This would mean that there is no signed physical copy of your contract. Terms are advised telephonically with the reference to the Subscriber Agreement that is standard across the business.
