Sub standard service

Cell C is a bunch of useless people, I have been a loyal customer for many years now. I recently took up an upgrade Cell C gave me a Note 10 lite with a smart watch. The device was delivered by courier within 2 days of delivery I decided I dont want this particular phone anymore. I called follow up department on many occasion to have them take their fone back. This never occurred up until I decided to take the fone back to their HO in woodmead. To date the upgrade is still active and no one is willing to assist me. I have been send pillar to post about this query and now would like to escalate this matter
