Sub-standard service
Goodday, Called at Cell C, Tygervalley Shipping Mall to enquire about the purchasing of data. Asked the female assistant, who just about acknowledged me as a customer, with "Hallo". When enquiring about a specific data package she did not have a clue that this package existed, although advertised on the Cell C website. Called at Cell C, CapeGate the following day (Friday, 20/7/2018) and Mary-Ann completed the said purchase in less than 10 minutes - what a difference !!!!!!!
