Stupid uninformed consultants and stinking attitudes!

I am so DAMN frustrated with Cell C and their uninformed consultants. I spoke to over 7 people who hang up when they don't have answers to my questions or who are giving me the incorrect information and passing me from one department to the next! This is ridiculous to say the least, the courtesy to even return a call after holding on their stupid system is not even there. I got debited an amount that I know nothing off, and I'm not getting clear answers as to what it is for and I want my DAMN MONEY REFUNDED INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP!!!! So frustrating to deal with a bunch of idiots who can't navigate their own systems, I better get a response on this NOW!!!
