STUPID, NONSENSE & WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

If you want the worst service from the service provider, choose Cell C.....the worst disgusting service provider ever, i have never seen such **** service in my life. This is my second time this month complaining just when you thought things are getting better they get worse. Cell C management what is your role in this regard, you are forever in meetings (Katherine) you are never available to sort out this **** service you are providing us , your call center is full of Team Leaders who knows nothing about their job i wonder if they ever have meetings to come up with strategies to do your job since you are forever in meetings.....There is absolutely nothing they know or can help a complaining customer. I would like you Katherine to give me a call back regarding my query today , if you do not want to you are more than welcome but i want my cellphone contract cancelled with immediate effect since since i cannot get any help from cell c regarding the useless phone that is with you and your stupid insurance company. You do not have communications with your customer all you know is call us about your stupid promotions but you cannot deal with serious matters that needs to be attended immediately, we have to call you all the the time and not get help but "IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS FROM YOUR SO CALLED TEAM LEADERS" . Do something , you are just a useless service provider.
