Stupid Cell C

Cell C Rustenburg Mall..Went there today to request a contract cancelation on behalf of my Deceased brother..The contract expires in June 2021,It was now running on a month to month basis..The nerve that cell c have is beyond being brave..They told me the contract has an outstanding amount of R369.00 that I need to settle before they can cancel this contract..I told them they can go debit at the graveyard nxaa..mind you the day before they told me to get an affidavit, death certificate etc which I did and today they tell me nonsense.
