Stupid calls again

I am still getting annoying calls from Cell C saying that I am owing and I have been sending numerous emails with the proof of payments it seems as if they are failing to do their job and their response are the same that they are sorry for the inconvenience I guess they are not really sorry cause I am still getting calls.

I am requesting for a positive response not just a response....
