Stuck with Get More
I was sold this add on to my Cell C contract, but never make use of it. I therefore decided to cancel "Get More", which is easier said than done.
I have gone in to local Cell C shops on SIX different occasions already requesting this to be cancelled. The staff in store were very helpful every time and assured me that the cancellation has been made. They claim it is a third party service and contact them every time to cancel it. However every month I still get R51.75 added to my account for "GET MORE".
What does it take to get this cancelled???? Should I just cancel my Cell C contract and cut it off at the source?
