Stuck with a wrong phone but contract is activate

Nov 9, I ordered a white Iphone6 from CellC direct by phone.I got approved & was told phone will arrive in days.The phone was delivered by RAM courier, I signed for it that I received it.Within minutes I opened it, it was the wrong colour.Imediately called Cell C to let them know they should come pick it up immediately. I was given such a bad attitude and told that colours are not guaranteed. They logged in a pick up of the phone which they said will take 3-7 days and even though I hadn't opened the phone nor use it that it will take another week for their technicians to assess it before a new phone is sent. I was given ***. I had notified Cell C that I travel a lot with my work that it needs to be done asap. I called 3 different times to check on when they will send their couriers to come and pick up their phone. I was told that my contract was activated already & that I can't get out of it until Technicians have assessed the phone & it will be 3 weeks in all. This morning Nov 27, 18 days after order date ,9 days later from delivery & 6 business days later I called RAM & was told that Cell C never booked a pick up for the phone and I'm going out of the country tomorrow.
