Struggling with Sim swap for contract phone!!
I have a contract phone with Cell C where I'm paying R405 every month then ny phone was ****** so I paid Excess fee of R535.20 and have bought a sim card for R3,99 but I have been struggling to get to do sim swap over the phone because I keep failing the questionnaire which I feel its very ridiculous as they ask things that I don't even have or know about.
Then I went to the branch which they require me to pay R120 and already I'm paying a contract, unfortunately I will not pay so Can I please get help to do a sim swap
