Struggling to receive a Paid up letter

I have taken CellC to Law for All in August 2020 and im stiil under debt review at ABSA bank under Experians. What else must i do? People at CellC lawyers don't even picked up there phones. I was at CellC local shops they also struggling to get through. What must i do now? There's people in this company that don't do there job. I need a paid up letter is it so difficult to get the letter and dont own CellC a cent. Why are they doing things like this and now i must struggling. I don't think i will ever make business with them and my family. There's such important things that i must also do that effect my personal life which is tottally wrong. Regards Mr Februarie
