struggling to get phone blacklisted

my phone was ****** on Sunday 25 October. After spending the week on the phone trying to get my cellphone blacklisted I was instructed to go into a Cell C store. On Saturday 31 October I went in to Cell C Kolonnade in Pretoria.<br> I spoke to Danelle who gave me paperwork to fill in, when I phoned to get my ITC number on Monday I was informed by the call centre that they have not yet attended to my problem, she will mail the person handling my case.<br> On Wednesday I phoned again and was informed that they still did not work on the case.<br> On Thursday 5 November I phoned the call centre again to no avail, I then left a message for Danelle at Kolonnade to phone me back.<br> Nobody is getting back to me, my husband is with Vodacom and got his ITC number in a matter of minutes after his phone was ******.<br> THIS IS PATHETIC CELL C.<br> I WILL BE CHANGING MY SERVICE PROVIDER THIS WEEKEND WHEN I CAN GO TO A VODACOM STORE, SEEMS LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT SERVICE IS.<br> CELL C HAS A BUNCH OF AMATEURS WORKING FOR THEM
