Struggling to get paid up letter!!!
called Cell C on the 5th of July regarding a paid-up letter as Cell C hasn't updated my Credit history for years. the call center indicated I will get my paid-up letter in a few days. It's over two months since my request and I still haven't received my paid-up letter and my records haven't been updated.

how is it that on the Credit Bureau's it shows that I still owe Cell C? Didn't Cell C forward them the paid-up letter?
