Struggling to get my Getmore membership cancelled

I was called by a cell C Getmore consultant in July of 2022 to take a membership. I took the membership but a few days later I WhatsApp them and told I'm no longer interested in the membership and that I want cancel. The lady I spoke to said it would be easy to cancel if was no longer interested. So in July of 2022 I requested a cancellation and till now and has not be cancelled. They keep the telling me a consultant will get in touch with me and process my request but I have not received any calls from any of their consults.They also give ref number for cancellation and ref number for my refund but each and every month the debit order runs. It is has 4 months and still struggling to get my Getmore membership cancelled. Cell C you lie to people!!!
