Struggling to get a paid up letter

Cell c is bad I had a contract with them after paying it for 24 months. Was told that I'm still owing because I subscribed something. My account was handed over to SSDA for collection which I also paid. Now I'm struggling to get a paid up letter from both companies. My credit record is affected for something that is long paid

Cell c must request a settlement letter from SSDA. I dd request for it then SSDA told me that they waiting for Cell C that's why I wrote to HelloPeter to assist me regarding this. SSDA confirmed that I made full payment bt I don't understand why they can't issue a settlement letter. I'm so frustrated about this

I just called SSDA and spoke to Belinda. I asked her to send all my proof of payments to CellC because the account was handed over twice in March 2022 and August 2022. CellC is having an outstanding of R100 hence I paid R445,45 so that my account can be cleared and issue a paid up letter. think I need a refund.

Please attend to this I received a call from SSDA agent demanding R100 payment hence I have a settlement letter from SSDA. I'm tired of explaining myself to SSDA and CellC. I'm frustrated with all this people who don't do their job properly

Goodday I'm still waiting for feedback back from CellC whilst I'm receiving calls from SSDA demanding R100 from me that was handed over by CellC in August for collections. Please I emailed settlement letter þo CellC which I paid R415 to SSDA. Can I have statements of payments that you received from SSDA
I'm frustrated with everything my credit record is affected
