Strongly dissapointed
I want my contract cancelled immediately for the contract that ended. iv served you paying every month without hustle now that my one contract has ended you still taking my money. i dont like to complain for nothing but when it comes to money its a serious matter. i dont need whatever you offering me just cancel the contract immediately

09 Oct 2019, 16:34I requested for someone to contact me, i called months back before the termination of my contract and i was told that i will only be paying for the one contract left and they gave me the amount R300 and something. i also requested for recording i believe all calls are recorded. when ever i call i use the number in question so it will be easy to trace my calls. i will not have you debiting my contract again for the ended contract you already did that last months and an sms was sent again today that will you debit the same amount again ....no ways i have worked nicely with Cell C since i started and even took my 2nd contract with you. you need to be transparent when dealing with client especially with money involved.
