Striking Department?????

Yesterday we went into the Cell C Store in Canal Walk - and their servers were down - so we tried to do a Sim Swop telephonically. After 25 minutes and getting transferred to 4 different consultants we get told that your Sim Swop department is STRIKING?? are you kidding me? Could consultant number 1 not have mentioned this small fact in the first five minutes of our conversation? Did i have to speak to 3 more consultants - one of which could hardly speak english- to find this out? I'm told to phone again today- and THEN get told that the strike is going to go on till Monday (probably). I cannot understand how not one single other person in the entire Cell C call center has no idea how to do a SIM SWOP? Or that an entire department is closed due to striking? And as a paying customer- am I really meant to just stand back whilst your staff strike?

Thanks Cell C. like I said it needed to be done before the close of the business day so once again I had to drive to canal walk to sort it out. lucky for you - you have a very helpful lady working at the lower level branch (upstairs is a disaster). I should actually demand you reimburse my petrol and parking ticket. You had once chance to satisfy one customer and you failed. Pity.
