Stressful over chargig

Hi. I have a dispute with telkom mobile of an account subscriptions and once off charges that i never app**** for or knowing nothing about it. I started talking with Telkom mobile abt this on 18th April 2018, till to date its not solved. I call call Telkom every month abt this, every month the open a case for and every month i receive and email saying the case has been resolved but what querying continue to happen every month. This the sixth month now and I'm sick and tied of this. Can someone help me
