Strandfontein, Matzikama, 8151 - NO SERVICE

Strandfontein/Doringbay area in Matzikama district (300km from Cape Town) has had no Cell C or MTN service for the last 4 days.

In trying to report the CellC/MTN-Tower fault we found that the user-unfriendly reporting system only allows reporting a fault on a specific nr. Even the human agent seems to get stuck on that point.

So after 4 days of no MTN or CellC cell phone service the users in this area are still not sure if the operators (MTN and CellC) are aware of the problem with their service.
