Store closed and locked up stock before closing

Firstly I renewed my cell c contract 3 months before my prev contract ends. since I got the new ph, the sim card constantly stopped working as in completely stops working like the phone has no sim card in it. so this happened 4 times eventually I said I cannot come in everytime to get a new sim card because clearly they gave me a broken or faulty ph. The 5th time I went back they sent the ph away to be repaired. apparently the phone is now fixed because I got a phone call from the waterfront store as well as an sms to say my phone is ready for collection. NO WHERE did it say that I have to come before 5pm which is what I was told when I got there at 20h45 which is FIFTEEN MINUTES before closing. I rushed through to get there before closing (with 3 small kids just bathed) only to find out that the ph is locked in a safe &amp
