Stop wasting my time
Yesterday I called in to do an upgrade, the consultant I spoke t promised to call me back in 30 - 45 minutes... lo and behold I am still waiting for that call. Stop wasting my time, If you cannot assist me with an upgrade let me know so that I can cancel my contract on time. Reference number ***.
