Stop using cell c it's **** network I swear

Cell c is really a **** network worse when u buy lot of airtime with them. Emergency airtime I qualified was 50 which I borrowed next thing when m checking my total balance I owe I can repay shows 242 instant on 101 they are saying when I borrowed 50 I got 142 why didn't I see that on my qualified Emergency. Whose faulty is it Now m erged pay 242 same thing other day I loaded airtime thru my bank card I never received due to their technical problem but money was taken on my account
