Stop *****ing from my account !!!!

I closed my fibre account March 2021 with Cell C, yet every Month Cell C debits my account for a service I no longer have . R939 gets debited . I’ve tried numerous times to contact Cell C regarding this issue but my emails get ignored and the call center people don’t know what they are doing . They can see when it was cancelled but can’t tell me why I keep getting debited .And I get passed around from call center agent to call center agent because no one wants to help me or can help me!

I have requested numerous times that my DATA BE DELETED FROM YOUR SYSTEM as I am no longer a client of yours and do not give you permission to have My data.

Everytime this happens I have to contact my bank and get it reversed and it costs me R80!
