STOP RUNNING BUSINESS LIKE A ****A SHOP

It is with great sadness that i have to complain about Cell C again. Two months back i write a review about my experience. They responded and re assured me that issue will be sorted out with in two to fifteen days. I had a contract with them which was paid up in February 2022 however, it is still showing as active. I have been engaging with them since July 2022 to have it updated as closed on my ITC report. They kept on sending me paid up letters but they have never updated my profile. I lodged a dispute with Experian to have it updated. Experian successfully updated my profile however, a month later Cell C reinstated my account again. I am going through the process of sending my paid up letter to different credit bureau again. I plead with you DO NOT REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT. I am deeply hurt that i have to plead for something that should have been done without even my request. Ntombela from Media department DO NOT COMMIT to something that you will never not fulfill. You requested that if my issue does not get resolved i must send you an email directly which i did and you were never bothered to respond to it. STOP RUNNING BUSINESS LIKE A ****A SHOP. Rest assured i will spread the news. In my entire existence never will I enter into any contract with you, I will also ensure that my friends and family do not as well.
