STOP RUINiNg my credit record pleasee

<p>Cancelled my contract 1st of novembr 2016...paid the settlement amount as quoted..received benefits i used them.month end i two separate deductions went off another1 was for usage i understand..but cell c consultants are unable to explain to me about the other debit oder of 583.12 wich goes off from my account until to date..and the very same 583.12 was the settlement amount i paid..i called the contracts department from one consultant to another without assistance i was on the phone for 1h30 min and still i did not get any assistance..by luck another consultant told me that i was supposed to pay r1670 and on the system the amount that reflects is r1400..after i paid.R583.13 R1603.00 and R218 where did my money go????? </p> <p> </p> <p>Proof of payment sent early today</p> <p>Please resolve the issue because i will be taking legal actions </p> <p>yOU Are ruining my credit record.</p>
