Stop paying your sales consultants as they dont sell devices

Third time cell c has made contact, enquiring if I'd like to get a new device and contract with them, everytime I say yes please send me the documentation and I'll take a look at it, yet they never send me anything.

At this point I'm thinking they don't want my money as I'm in the market for a flagship device.

I've been a customer with cell c for more than a decade and honestly they're service levels have honestly deteriorated significantly over the years.
