Stop paying cell c
I have had no luck on resolving my issue with cell c I am rather being asked to make payment arrangements when no one has contacted me in the last two year's concerning this account Not to mention why my account was not suspended due to non payment I advise public not to pay account cell c will still top u up for 2years and only then ask for a payment arrangement
