stop over debiting my account

i lost count on the number of times that i complain about the same issue every month.for the past,i don't know how many month,you guys(cell c) have been debiting wrong amount every month.Today i spoke to one of the consultant(MM) via twitter,If i can tell you where am i standing with the issue , i will be lying. sometimes you get a response after an hour.sometimes you don't get a response of what you are asking.

But one thing for sure,this is my last relationship with this useless network
