Cell C continues to refuse to removing an unauthorized credit enquiry on my profile. The social media team even has the audacity to tell me I should go open a ******** case. Why must I endure the costs of driving to the police station for something that was deliberately done by their ******** call center agent when I didn't even initiate the call? STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH CELLC! This is not the first time I have experienced such rudeness from their social media!
